This website collects your name, email, organization, area of interest and any optional workload type, GPU preference, start window, rental period, decision stage and requirements you submit. Your explicit contact consent is recorded with the submission. Do not include confidential datasets, passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

ROI calculator scenarios

Calculator assumptions and results are processed in browser memory and are not automatically saved or sent to the website owner, Aitonomi, an analytics service or a CRM. CSV exports are created in your browser. If you explicitly choose to include a previewed scenario and submit the enquiry form, its assumptions and results are stored privately as part of your enquiry message. Changing scenario inputs clears the inclusion choice so you can review and opt in to the updated text.

Architecture diagram analysis and migration estimates

Selecting an exported image keeps it in your browser. Only after you explicitly authorize platform AI processing and click Analyze is the image sent through this website's server to its AI service. Redact secrets, internal host names, IP addresses, personal identifiers and regulated customer/payment data before use. This analysis is not hosted on the Swiss neocloud and does not assert Swiss processing residency.

The tool does not publish the image or save it to the website database or object storage. Images are handled transiently by the request; infrastructure logs and the AI provider's own terms/retention remain separate, and zero provider retention is not promised. Editable inventories, costs and exports stay in page memory. If you explicitly include the previewed assessment and submit the enquiry, its text is privately stored with the enquiry—not the original diagram. Material resource or pricing changes clear that inclusion choice.

Public cluster measurements

The monitoring widget requests a validated public aggregate feed only when the operator configures one. No cluster source is connected by default, and no invented performance is substituted. Only approved regional aggregate metrics and measurement metadata are displayed; feed credentials remain server-side. Visible-page refresh is not unattended alerting, and a network measurement does not establish data residency.

Optional campaign and referral information

If you opt in, the website remembers a minimized landing path, referral hostname and valid campaign labels in session storage for this browser tab, and includes them with your enquiry. Full URLs, query strings, fragments and advertising click identifiers are not stored. Before you opt in, source context is held only in page memory and is not sent with the enquiry. You can uncheck the option to clear this session record. This is not marketing consent and no third-party advertising or analytics tracker is added.

How the information is used

Submitted enquiries are stored privately in the website’s managed database so the website owner can review and respond to the request. A notification containing the enquiry may be sent to the Manus project owner. Submitting this form does not send an email to Aitonomi or create a capacity reservation.

Website processing and the Swiss neocloud

The website uses Manus-managed hosting and database services. This website does not claim that enquiry data is hosted in Switzerland. Website processing is separate from the Swiss neocloud offering; hosting location, data residency and contractual safeguards for neocloud workloads must be agreed for the relevant engagement.

Technical information

The service may process technical connection information, including IP addresses, to operate the website, prevent abuse and diagnose faults. This website does not add advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and infrastructure may provide operational logs. Optional enquiry-source storage is controlled by the separate opt-in checkbox in the form.

Retention and your requests

Enquiry information is intended for the requested conversation and related follow-up. A formal retention schedule is not published here. You can request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw contact consent, by contacting info@aitonomi.com, quoting your enquiry reference. Contact the website owner through Manus for project-level storage administration.
